Today i started my weight loss journey. yes this is one of many that i have started but i have to be serious this time around..my weight is getting out of hand, i feel tired everyday. so as of today i am going to track my progress.

so today was really really hard i wanted to do one hour on the treadmill but instead i did 30 mins on the treadmill and 30 mins on the bike, then maybe 10 mins with dumbbells.


steps amount today in treadmill was: 3255
